Social Media networks have become one of the basics of TV stations, an inevitable upgrade! Social Media are vital not just for disseminating news, but also for forging relationships with the viewers in a faster and easier way.
No one can survive now without being in the social media game. Thatâ€™s why most of the Lebanese Stations exist now in the virtual world using not only websites and Social Media platforms, they are on mobiles and tablets as well.
Social Media is a wide open door that allows television to be accessed and shared anytime, anywhere. Lebanese viewers are active online while watching a specific program of interest and maintain interactions in real time by other viewers and by the TV station itself.
For that huge online booming of Lebanese TV stations, Think Media Labs decided for the second time in a row to maintain a study and come up with stats and numbers so everybody can stay in the loop of Lebanese TV stations progress online.
Like the Lebanese Politicians and Singers, TV Channels also are competing in terms of activity and followers. We have analyzed fifteen Twitter accounts of the Lebanese Stations and gave them badges according to their rankings.
